About Brisbane Children’s Contact Centre
Brisbane Children’s Contact Centre Pty Ltd provides structured, court-compliant supervised contact services in Brisbane.
Our role is to provide safe, neutral oversight of parent-child contact where supervision is required by Court Order or written agreement.
We do not advocate for either parent.We remain independent and focused on the wellbeing of the child.
Director — Jacki Leech
- Registered Family Dispute Resolution Practitioner
- Registered with the Attorney-General’s Department
- Jacki established Brisbane Children’s Contact Centre in 2017 following more than a decade of experience in family law, mediation and dispute resolution.
- Her professional background includes:
- • Family law negotiations
- • Alternative dispute resolution
- • Community legal sector involvement since 2013
- • Authorised Circle of Security Parenting™ Facilitator
- To preserve neutrality and evidentiary integrity, the Centre does not provide mediation services to families attending supervised contact.
- Families requiring Family Dispute Resolution are referred to external, independent providers.

Professional Standards & Affiliations
Brisbane Children’s Contact Centre Pty Ltd is affiliated with the Australian Children’s Contact Services Association (ACCSA).
Our service delivery model is informed by the Children’s Contact Services – Guiding Principles Framework for Good Practice (October 2018), developed in collaboration with the Australian Government Attorney-General’s Department and ACCSA.
As an independent, privately operated centre, we apply these nationally recognised good practice principles within the context of our own governance framework, ensuring child-focused, safe and legally compliant supervision.
