Fee Schedule (Including GST)

Intake Assessment Fee:Per Parent: $220.00 (Including GST)

• Supervised Visitations:

• Weekday (Per Hour): $120.00
• Weekend (Per Hour): $150.00
• Public holiday rates apply and are charged at $200 per hour. This includes all State-recognised public holidays.

Changeovers: $60.00 Concession rates apply Cancellation Fees: Full Fee Ad-hoc Correspondence: $55.00 (Including GST) per correspondence item. Payment is required for any ad-hoc correspondence requests, including contacting lawyers and related services.

Fees (Applicable to Matters Involving Private Legal Practitioners Only)Please note that the following fees apply exclusively to matters where the instructing party is, or has been, represented by a private legal practitioner. This includes requests for evidence and private subpoenas. Court Appearances Rate: $150.00 per hour Included Attendance: A minimum charge of 6 hours applies, regardless of the actual hours attended (in person, by phone, or via Teams). This fee is non-refundable and includes the supervisor’s time, preparation, and any associated costs. Additional Hours: Any time exceeding the 6-hour minimum will be charged at $150.00 per hour, billed in 30-minute increments. Subpoenaed Documents$250.00 (including GST) for the preparation of subpoenaed files. Subpoenaed Material Preparation $200.00 per hour for reviewing, redacting, and preparing documents, CCTV footage, or audio recordings. These charges reflect the time required to process sensitive material in compliance with privacy laws, ensuring that all information meets legal obligations and protects the confidentiality of the individuals involved.
