Supervised Contact Services
All services are conducted strictly pursuant to Court Orders or written agreement.
Intake Assessments
Separate intake appointments are conducted with each parent prior to commencement of services.
The intake process includes:
• Verification of identity• Review of Court Orders• Risk assessment• Explanation of centre guidelines• Execution of service agreement
Supervision cannot commence until both parents have completed intake.
On-Site Supervised Contact
Supervised contact involves face-to-face interaction between a parent and child under the immediate oversight of a supervisor.
The supervisor:
• Maintains visual and auditory proximity at all times• Monitors compliance with Court Orders• May intervene if behaviour places a child at risk• Documents attendance and significant events
The primary objective is safety and structured interaction.
Off-Site Supervised Contact
Where permitted by the Court, supervised visits may occur at agreed public locations such as parks, libraries or community venues.
All off-site visits are subject to prior assessment.
Supervised Changeovers
Structured transfer of children between parents to prevent parental contact and reduce conflict.
Telephone and Online Monitoring
Where ordered by the Court, supervised contact may occur via telephone or approved online platform.A supervisor remains present for the duration of the call.
Court Compliance
Services operate in accordance with:

Supervisors maintain:
• Working With Children clearance
• Criminal history clearance
• Ongoing professional development
