FEES FOR SERVICE Intake Assessment & Scheduling for Visits $100 (Administration Fee) per parent Supervised visit (Midweek) $100.00 per hour Supervised visit (Weekend, only on fortnightly basis) $125.00 per hour Supervised Changeovers Fee$60 Weekday/Weekend/Public Holiday Brisbane Children's Contact Centre reserves the right to decline the use of the Children's Contact Centre if, through the assessment and/or service provision process the staff consider that the arrangement may pose an unacceptable risk to children, staff or other service users. Cancellation Fees In the event of non-attendance, the contact fees are forfeited. If a cancellation is due to an illness of a child/ren a Medical Certificate is required. The contact fees may be waivered if a Medical Certificate is provided. If at any time the Management of the Centre has the right to refuse entry if they suspect that any persons or child/ren attending the Centre have or are suspected of having a communicable disease that their attendance will be suspended immediately, in the event a visitation is cancelled, the fees are forfeited. NOTICE Any contact that is deemed to be a high-risk situation will incur extra charges to facilitate the contact. Management retains the irrevocable right to decide if contact is of high risk in nature. The contacts that may be deemed as high-risk would be, where one party is or has been charged or convicted of, sex offences, child pornography, or assault against a child or adult.
